Big shout to Nicky Yeates who took the Cursa Barca 10K today as she took the vest of Arena overseas. She was 18th woman finisher and 2nd over 55 in 45.32 (and by all accounts it was .23k long). Although it wasn’t a PB Nicky isn’t unhappy as she’s been ill and still carrying an injury….
