I do like chocolate. Galaxy Cookie Crumble please.

At the moment redecorate my mum’s flat. The normal stuff, watch TV, go to the cinema, eat out, stare at the walls. And I like knitting!
6. What music are you listening to at the moment:
I have eclectic taste. Underworld’s new album is good for running to but at home I like a more chilled, melancholy vibe.

Walk solo around the island of La Gomera. I did it in January and was in heaven.

Strava.
9. Who is your sporting hero:
Paula!!! Obvs!! (Joe Ashley’s favourite)

Jo Pavey, for her ordinariness and her extraordinariness. I admire the way she’s stuck with the sport for the love of it even though the glory was late coming.

Only running related ones. Get more PBs and run in interesting places.

It takes me a while to feel comfortable with people I don’t know so I would choose 3 close friends.

No! If you don’t know it, it’s cos I don’t want you to know it!
16. How often do you check your phone:
Every couple of hours.

18. What gives you a buzz:
‘E’ ……(for exercise!)
