Monday Night Track Training
6:45 – 8:00 pm at Withdean Stadium. Interval training for club standard runners. New runners must attend a monthly induction session before attending, please e-mail us at first. Runners are separated into groups of similar abilities. We begin with a group warm up at 6:45pm before the session starts. Club coaches present for advice and Club Secretary for membership forms.

Wednesday Night Club Runs
From October 4th 2017 until further notice back to Hove Seafront
For all A80 standards.
We start prompt at 7:00pm so it’s best to arrive 5 minutes early. Run length is 6 or 9 miles.

Thursday Night Hove Park Training
October 12th until further notice
We meet South West corner of Hove Park (the Old Shoreham Road end that meets Park View Road). This will take us through the Autumn/Winter season. We have a prompt start at 6.30pm. You will need to arrive at this time warmed up and ready to go for quick and short recovery interval training in the park. The session lasts for 30 minutes.
