Raising Awareness of Eating Disorders
Running is a great way to help maintain a healthy body weight. However, in some cases, runners can become obsessed with exercising to shed more pounds or limiting what they eat to reduce weight in pursuit of performance. Taken to extremes, this may develop into an eating disorder.
