Our Return to Running programme is aimed at members who have had a break from running maybe through injury, illness or maybe just fallen out of love with running.
The programme will be a six week block of training, following a similar format to Couch to 5k (C25k). This will hopefully get you back to running consistently for 30 minutes. As well as the weekly session, there is expectation that those who join this group, will complete two further runs each week to enable you to progress and get back to feeling confident with your running. If there is appetite for this programme, the 6 weeks could be extended to 10 weeks which would enable you to target the Hove Prom 10k on 30th October 2022.
