Hill Race and Adur Challenge

For those of you new to the Club these are two ‘old favourites’ are set to make a comeback this year. The Arena Hill Race will take place on Thursday 29th June and the Adur Challenge on 27th July. Both will start at 6.30pm.

The Hill race is an out and back along the South Downs’ Way starting and finishing at Devil’s Dyke with the half way and turnaround point being the gate at the top of Beeding Hill. It’s about 11.5k long. There will be a 2 person relay option this year. It’s also a handicap so please submit your 5k/10k times to me in advance so I can work this out.

The Adur Challenge is a mainly flat, approximate 10k run around the river Adur, starting and finishing near the Amsterdam pub. It too is run as a handicap so please send me your 5/10k times if you’re planning to take part. I will also be looking for volunteers for both nights. Both races are free of charge.
