Jenny Hughes makes it a hat trick at Mels Milers 10k

Congratulations to Jenny Hughes who this morning made it a hat trick of wins and taking home the Mels Milers 10k trophy as she took the F50’s title over at the beautiful course of Christ’s Hospital School.
To win this 3 times in a row shows pure consistency in her running ability and a fantastic achievement.
There were also some other great results coming from Aled Anderson taking 7th place overall and Lucy May Richardson taking 2nd place lady.
Michael Miller took the 2nd M60 place and Sue Brumwell taking 2nd F50 and not too far behind Jenny so a very nice 1-2 from our ladies. It really was a successful day for Arena 80 here.
Elsewhere the very first Lancing College 10k took place in some lovely surroundings as well. We are very pleased to say that our ladies continue to show so much good form as Tara Shanahan took the honours there with a 1st place and coming in at 3rd place was Helena Rooney. This was a great result for Arena and of course our ladies still as strong as ever.
Congratulations to all of our guys on such fine performances.
