Two Arena ladies don the England tops at Birmingham

Arena should feel very proud as two of our club members, Jenny Hughes and Nicky Yeates, represented England in the Masters 10k held at Birmingham. It was certainly an honour for them and Arena 80 and one that is fully deserved. Although Jenny didn’t quite manage a podium finish this time round we are very pleased to announce that Nicky Yeates did manage one as placed 2nd lady in the F60 category with a time of 45.53. Given the warm conditions, we can say congratulations on a job very well done. A stark contrast in conditions compared to the Boston marathon Nicky undertook early last month. Our biggest congratulations to both of our ladies.
