Sussex Road Relay Champs  Saturday 6^th April
This is a two mile relay race suitable for all abilities. 
We would like to enter as many ladies and men’s teams as possible.
This is both a competitive and fun event held entirely within the grounds of the school in the grounds.
The Ladies teams are comprised of three runners. Start times 12-45 for the seniors. and over 40s and 12-55. The men’s over 60s team also starts at 12-55. 
The rest of the men start at 2-10. The seniors team comprises of 6, the over 40s 4 and the over  50s 3.

As this is a team relay it is important to note that you are committed to run if you enter.
Teams are declared in advance so please advise us before 19^th March.
