Caroline Wood takes individual Bronze and team gold for GB

We must congratulate Caroline Wood on an outstanding race in Poland on Sunday 24th March as she wore the GB vest to race in the world Masters XC Championships.
Caroline took on the 8k race and came away with an individual bronze medal as well as a team GB gold on the F55 category and her time was a superb 35.22. Caroline is in super form and her strength really showed in this race.
Well done Caroline and inspiring to many within the club.
