The next 3 x WSFRL races for Arena

Hi Areneez.  
Another reminder of the three forthcoming WSFRL fixtures this month. They may be called ‘fun runs’, but rivalry between the clubs is very competitive nonetheless, and these races also act as a great ‘sharpener’ for major events for many of our ‘A team’ athletes. 
First, on Sunday 12th May is the Portslade Hedgehopper 5 taking place at 11.00 from close to the Portslade Community College Sports Centre on Chalky Road.  This is a reasonably testing out and back five-mile off-road run up to Devil’s Dyke (so the second half is downhill☺). The latest booking deadline at the preferential club rate of £3 is 5th May – otherwise it’s £5 on the day. 
Hot on the heels of this we head west for the Chichester Runners’ Trundle View – another off-road five-miler in undulating terrain starting and finishing at Goodwood Racecourse. The date and time for this fixture (the first evening run of the year) is Wednesday 15th May at 19.30. 
Then, the following week the venue is Littlehampton West Green for the Arunners’ Beach Run on Wednesday 22nd May. This is a really enjoyable evening five-mile seaside leg-stretcher starting at 19.30. 
The entry fee is a mere £3 per race. If you’d like to enter one, two, or all three events please e-mail me at: clearly specifying which race(s) you wish to take part in, and I will provide you with my bank details to send me payment via BACS.
