Strength & Conditioning With Tara

Would anybody be interested in a Zoom Strength and Conditioning for Runners session led by me on a Monday evening at 6.15pm. The session would be about 30 minutes long so you’d be finished in time for the group chat at 7pm. The session would comprise of some hip mobility movements to warm up, followed by some strength work particularly focussing on leg and hip strength and stability, and we’d end on some core work and stretching. You would be able to do the session with no kit, or with everyday household objects to substitute or with dumbbells if you have them. This would be suitable for all abilities and of course, free!
