Covid 19 – Moving Forward Slowly!

Dear Arenas,

Here we are week whatever it is and some time after my last email when we were all getting to grips with lockdown and the challenges it brought, like the toilet roll shortage!

This is just to remind you all that the club is still here for you as we move through the next steps back to the ‘new normal’.

It is not easy working out boundaries and government guidelines as they change so swiftly and  we must all be mindful that not everyone is confident about returning to where we left off.  Life will be different for some time to come and we have to accept this, we must adapt but above all we need to be mindful, kind and patient as we find a comfortable norm!

We may not be racing or training as a group but club members have been providing opportunities for us all to come together and here is a reminder of what is currently happening.

Monday 6.15 pm  – Tara Shanahan – Zoom class;  running specific exercises to work on mobility, glute, core strength and stability.

Monday 7.00pm – Steve McNealy – Zoom trivia quiz

(links for the above are on Facebook or drop me a line if you do not have access to FB…you will need to download ZOOM)
