Following recent virtual races and our members not always reading rules there is to be a no rules 1k virtual challenge starting 23/8 and finishing 6/9.

You start your watch and stop your watch only after you’ve run 1k under your own steam.

No tray sliding off Dyke though and keep it safe.

Once done just send to our club email address with evidence.
