It’s time to see how you all got on in the latest Arenatopia round, which saw record attendances to the extent I even had to turn people away! Well done to you all.
Timmyreached the furthest distance with 11.51km so topped the mens distance competition.
Deltook second place with the only only other 11km effort of the round; 11.17km.
Rickycame in third place adopting the interval session approach inclusive of laps of the Asda carpark completing 10.80km.
Among the womenDani takes top spot with the only 10km effort with 10.36km. Newbie
Carolinewas second with 9.50km and Rachelcompletes the podium with 9.28km.
In terms of the age grade competitionChris (90.79%) andJohn (81.13%) took the top honours.
Overall for the round, this meant that Del had the lowest score of 4, Timmy came second with 8 points withJim completing the top 3 with 9 points.
For the women’s overall scores for round 2, Caroline is top with 4, Dani claims second (6 points) and Jenny takes 3rd (7 points).
So, what does this mean for the overall series…
The top three places for the men are now occupied by those climbing the table. Del in first, Jim second and Timmy in third.
For the women, Caroline is our new leader followed closely Dani withNicky slipping down to 3rd.
