Last EA 30min – Arena Group Attempt 29th May

It’s the last EA 30 in 2 weeks time (29/30 May). If anyone would like to join us for a last attempt, you are most welcome. The more the merrier.

We normally meet at Hove Lagoon or BlackRock around 8:10am. The starting point is determined by the prevailing wind direction!

If there is no wind (never happens) we can meet at Hove Prom and do laps.

We have a warmup, a bit of whinge, compare shoes and then simply run in a straight line for 30 mins. We can grab a coffee afterwards and head back (sometimes a long way..)
