Training

From May 2022 we are going to enter a 12-week training block focussing on 5k / 10k race times, leading up to the Phoenix 10k on 13th July 2022.

The full 12-week plan is below. Official club training sessions will be based primarily around this plan.

If you are not training specifically for a 5k or 10k race, the club training sessions will continue to help you improve your running generally! Don’t be put off by the bigger plan, feel free to drop in to any sessions as and when you need them.
