We now use an on-line booking system for Monday track sessions and is based on a first come basis. You can buy bundles of tickets for sessions to make it cheaper.
Session numbers at track dependent on coach availability. You will also need to follow the guidelines set down in order for us to be compliant at these track sessions.
There is a 6.15pm to 6.45pm uncoached session or a 6.45pm onwards coached session available to book onto, make sure you do the correct one. These times & sessions may change due to committee meetings or activities at the track but you will be informed asap about this.

Tuesday Night Training Session

Meeting point: By the traffic lights at Hove Park at the corner of Old Shoreham Road and Goldstone Crescent.

Starts from King Alfred, Hove Seafront, Hove

Around 7 miles on seafront a bit more or less depending on conditions. All club members welcome.
Arrive ready warmed up for a 6.30pm start.

The meeting point may change infrequently but will be in Hove Park and if booked on you will be sent the session and any changes in advance, usually on the Wednesday.
